Products

Our products are made to order. Product images are for illustration purposes, and slight variations in colour, appearance, or placement may occur.

Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed on our website and applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after purchase. Order cancellations may therefore not always be possible once production has started.

Shipping

Orders are produced after purchase and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Estimated processing and delivery times are provided on our website or at checkout.

AMO’s is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns & Defective Products

Because our products are made to order, returns are not accepted where no statutory right of withdrawal applies.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photographs, logos, text, and other content on the AMO’s website are owned by AMO’s or used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
